Hear ye, hear ye, all loyal subjects of the realm!
Let it be known throughout the lands, from the highest battlements to the lowest hearths, that We, by Our sovereign authority and most noble pleasure, do hereby establish and proclaim the founding of a new and distinguished order:
The Academy Tribe of the Wheezers
This Academy Tribe is hereby dedicated, consecrated, and forever set apart for the esteemed company of Geezers—those venerable souls whose years have granted them wisdom, whose bones creak with the music of experience, and whose breath may occasionally whistle like the wind through ancient oaks.
Henceforth, the Wheezers shall stand as a proud and sovereign tribe within the greater commonwealth of Geezers. Membership shall be open to all who have earned their grey hairs, their measured pace, and their well-timed sighs. Within its halls, knowledge shall be shared, tales shall be told at length, and the sacred arts of napping, reminiscing, and gentle complaining shall be elevated to high scholarship.
We charge the Academy Tribe of the Wheezers to:
Preserve the ancient lore of “back in my day”
Cultivate the noble sciences of joint flexibility and early bedtimes
Maintain the sacred right to refuse stairs whenever possible
Foster fellowship among all Geezers who value comfort, candor, and the occasional wheeze of contentment
Let no subject hinder or mock this most august institution. Any who show due respect to the Wheezers shall find favor; any who do otherwise shall answer to the Crown.
Given under Our hand and seal this day, in the presence of the Court, and proclaimed throughout the realm for all to hear and obey.
